Casa FEM is the common home of the businesses of the Famiglia EM. Every venture follows the same rule: we only build what we can run ourselves, with our own capital, in a market we know.
Retail builds and brings brands to Guatemala. Real estate holds assets for decades. Consulting puts the same operating discipline to work for other founders. Investments will extend it to companies we understand well enough to help.
If an idea does not fit that rule, we do not pursue it. That keeps decisions simple and lets us be reliable partners for brands, tenants and companies that want a long-term relationship.
